Primary Skill 10 plus years strong QA background to run E2E QA program in Test Automation - Java, Selenium, BDD, Playwright, API, DB Test Automation and SQL
Extensive manual and automated testing experience/knowledge as tester in the past that would help get into the details and question the teams defects raised status quo2Provide guidance on automation tools/strategy to test multiple products ensuring alignment with specifications, settings, and quality3Drive overall testing strategy and governance framework and guide cross-functional teams in the execution of end to end functional and regression, SIT and UAT testing

• Define, track, and report quality metrics across the program providing actionable insights to improve quality and time-to-market
• Formulate the development of hands-free testing and monitoring tools to ensure desired quality
• Creates and implements quality standards.
• Publish/Own quality reports and documentation
