E,xperience :- 6 Months to 4 years Designation :- QA officer Education :- B.SC(Chemistry) Location Vadpe (Bhiwandi) Job description :- Implementation of quality assurance standards, processes, controls and cGMP in warehouse. Preparation of SOPs, and ensure effective implementation. To ensure that training for SOPs, GDP, GWP and On the Job training are imparted staff. To ensure compliance to Regulatory, ISO and WHO GSDP requirements. Investigation of Incidence, Deviation and Complaint and ensure appropriate CAPA. CAPA assessment and effectiveness follow-up. Review and approve Change controls. Maintaining proper documentation and reports at all warehouse. Verification of damaged stocks. Verification of logbooks. Monitoring the cleanliness and pest control activity in all area. Ensure temperature monitoring and co-ordination with vendor for Eurotherm System for all areas in facility. To participate internal, external and regulatory audit. To monitor calibration and plan preventive maintenance activity are performed as per schedule.
