Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester with 2 to 4 years of experience in manual testing large-scale web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in JIRA or similar bug tracking tools and experience testing REST APIs. This position is based in Gurgaon, and the selected candidate will be required to work from home.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop test cases for large-scale web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
Analyze and report defects found during testing, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing large-scale web applications.
Expertise in JIRA or similar bug tracking tools.
Experience testing REST APIs and Unix shell basics.
Strong understanding of Postgres/MySQL database testing.
Familiarity with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript front-end testing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
