Job Description

Experience : 2 to 3 Years No. of Openings : 1 Urgent Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements. Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios. Identify, log, and track bugs in a defect tracking system (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers. Prepare detailed test reports and document test results. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience in manual software testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans. Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Experience in testing web and/or mobile applications. Basic understanding of databases and ability to perform backend validation using SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to automation tools or a willingness to learn. Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman. Company Perks Our strength is our employees.
