Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to oversee food safety, quality standards, and compliance across our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations. The ideal candidate will develop and implement QA policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and food safety protocols across all restaurant locations. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI, FDA, HACCP, ISO 22000). Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and resolve quality issues. Train and educate staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality control measures . Monitor supplier and vendor quality compliance to ensure raw materials meet company standards. Investigate customer complaints related to food quality and safety and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and R&D teams to drive continuous quality improvement . Maintain and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement . Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented. Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging food safety trends . Lead and manage a team of QA professionals , ensuring effective delegation, performance management, and skill development. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field . 5+ years of experience in QA management within the QSR, food manufacturing, or hospitality industry . Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and regulatory compliance requirements . Experience in conducting food safety audits and quality inspections . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong communication and training abilities to drive a quality-first culture . Proficiency in using QA software, data analysis tools, and reporting systems . Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team , fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Preferred Skills: Certification in HACCP, FSSAI, or ISO 22000 is a plus. Experience working in multi-unit QSR chains . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple locations.
