Role Description: The QA Lead will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products, and leading a team of QA engineers. This role involves developing and implementing QA strategies, managing testing activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, including Web and Mobile (Android, iOS) applications, leadership experience, and a passion for driving quality across the organization. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience in designing and implementing QA processes and strategies. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, Appium, etc.). Experience with Web application testing and Mobile application testing (Android and iOS). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages ( Python/JavaScript). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience: Leading and managing a team of QA engineers. Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Web and Mobile (Android, iOS) applications. Implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks for Web and Mobile platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC. Working in Agile/Scrum environments and using CI/CD tools. Identifying and resolving defects, risks, and issues impacting product quality. Experience with tools like Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest for mobile automation is a plus. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Expertise in manual and automated testing techniques for Web and Mobile (Android, iOS) applications. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress (More preferred)). Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Any relevant QA certifications are a plus.
