Job Description

You will be responsible for: - Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters. - Writing automation test scripts and incorporating them into the DevOps pipeline. - Writing test cases to constantly increase test coverage across the systems. - Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process. - Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures. - Conducting analysis checks on product specifications. - Reviewing Quality Assurance reports. - Managing the team and driving towards quality and on-time deliveries. - Having people management skills. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field. - 8+ years of experience in the software quality control and assurance field. - 3+ years in the field of Mobile app /Web Automation testing with API automation. - Experience in fast-paced Agile development process. - Prior experience in using popular test management and defect management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc. - Ability to create test cases, test plans, use cases, Requirement traceability matrix, defect reports. - Fair knowledge of and experience in Database Management System (SQL/NoSQL). - Experience using Selenium/Appium, JMeter. - Experience in e-commerce and banking domain. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Ability to work with, coach, and mentor QA/QC Engineers.,
