QA Engineer

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality and functionality of our Angular application running on NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of frontend applications, and experience in testing web APIs. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing of all workflows within our Angular application on NetSuite. Understand frontend application architecture and its interaction with backend APIs. Test API payloads and responses using Postman or similar tools. Identify, document, and report bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases. Develop and execute test cases based on business requirements. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve user experience and application performance. Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, to discuss issues and solutions with team members. Document test cases, test results, and key findings in a clear, structured format. Provide regular test status reports to project managers and other stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in manual testing of web applications. Strong understanding of how frontend applications function and interact with APIs. Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools. Familiarity with debugging tools and browser developer consoles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Angular applications. Basic knowledge of NetSuite. Exposure to test automation tools (nice to have but, not required).
