The IT company Andersen invites an QA Automation Engineer (Python) in India to work on a large scale project. The project is the development of a CRM system that optimizes business processes related to marketing and customer service improvement. Responsibilities: - Designing, developing, executing and maintaining automation scripts using Python. - Creating and maintaining QA artifacts including test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts. - Use technical expertise to analyze requirements and ensure the solution is fit for purpose and use. - Design and execute acceptance testing to improve quality and reduce risk of the application. - Write and run test automation scripts, investigate and resolve problems in software. - Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs defects through TFS (Microsoft Team Foundation Server). - Guide the team members on new test automation and review their test scripts to ensure good quality, low maintenance test script development and adhering to the defined coding standards. - Planning and implementing upgrades of newer version of automation tools in QA Environments. - Identifying and/or evaluating current departmental processes and developing/recommending new processes as needed to maximize performance (i.e. efficiencies and quality). Must-haves: - Experience as a QA Automation Engineer for 3+ years. - Complete understanding of automation systems and databases. - Experience with software test management tools, test automation, defect management and QA reporting. - Clear understanding of CI/CD process. - Understanding of testing protocols. - Experience in software testing and different types of tests. - Knowledge of software development process. - Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Level of English from Upper-Intermediate and above.
