QA Engineer - Product

Job Description

Job Overview: As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance and reliability of our SaaS products. You will collaborate with cross functional teams including product managers, developers and operations to define and execute testing strategies through the SDLC. Responsibilities: Develop and execute automated and manual tests for new and existing SaaS features Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand feature and requirements and define testing strategies Perform functional, regression, performance and security testing Work closely with DevOps to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline Continuously improve the testing process by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices Requirements: 2+ years of QA experience, preferably in a SaaS product Proficiency in test automation tools(Eg. Selenium, Playwright or similar) Strong understanding of API testing(Eg. Postman, SoapUI, Pact or similar) and performance testing tools(Eg. JMeter, Gatling, Locust, K6 or similar) Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD and cloud platforms(AWS, GCP) Strong communication and analytical skills Preferred: Experience with security testing Familiarity with testing in a microservice architecture(Docker, Kubernetes)
