The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting performance testing, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of applications under various load conditions. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: ? Design and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise applications. ? Utilize JMeter, LoadRunner, and APM tools to simulate, monitor, and analyze system performance. ? Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing to identify bottlenecks and performance issues. ? Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance. ? Analyze test results and generate detailed performance reports. ? Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of applications. ? Implement and automate performance monitoring and testing frameworks. ? Stay updated with the latest performance testing trends and best practices. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications: ? 5+ years of experience in performance testing and validation. ? Strong knowledge of JMeter, LoadRunner, and APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic). ? Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and tuning applications. ? Proficiency in analyzing system metrics and performance logs. ? Understanding of cloud-based performance testing on AWS, Azure, or GCP. ?
