Looking for QA Engineer for Chennai location Role & responsibilities Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for web applications using Playwright or CodeceptJS with TypeScript. Automate end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios leveraging a hybrid framework incorporating Page Object Model (POM), Cucumber, and BDD methodologies. Implement and integrate API automation frameworks using Axios Library. Conduct manual testing as required, ensuring software quality and functionality and report bug in Jira Follow SDLC and STLC processes for efficient test planning and execution. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated test execution and reporting. Tools Used: Playwright, CodeceptJS (for web automation) TypeScript (for scripting and framework development) Cucumber, BDD (for behavior-driven testing) Axios Library (for API automation) and Postman for manual API testing. GitHub Actions (for CI/CD integration) Proficiencies Required: Strong expertise in automation framework development and maintenance. Knowledge of POM, Cucumber, and BDD methodologies. Hands-on experience with API automation. Familiarity with manual testing processes and software testing life cycles. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
