Job Title: QA Delivery Head Product Engineering Experience: 20 years Industry: IT Services / Product Engineering Domains : Industrial Automation, Storage, and Medical Devices Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced QA Delivery Head with a strong product engineering background to lead Quality Assurance (QA) delivery across Industrial Automation, Storage, and Medical Devices domains. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in managing large-scale QA programs, driving innovation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and building high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership: Oversee and deliver multiple QA projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, and budget adherence. Implement best practices in software testing, automation, and performance engineering. Define and manage QA strategies tailored to product engineering and embedded systems. 2. Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding requirements, aligning expectations, and fostering long-term relationships. Ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and optimizing QA processes. Travel as needed to customer locations in India, USA, Japan, and Singapore for stakeholder engagement. 3. KPI Management: Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, customer satisfaction, team utilization, and retention. Optimize resource allocation and cost efficiencies across projects. 4. Infrastructure Development: Build and enhance QA delivery infrastructure, ensuring scalability, automation, and efficiency in testing practices. Establish continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) frameworks, DevOps alignment, and cloud-based testing environments. 5. People Leadership: Manage and mentor QA teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Conduct performance reviews, career development initiatives, and succession planning. 6. Innovation & IP Development: Drive the establishment of Centers of Excellence (COEs) in QA for Medical Devices, Industrial Automation, and Storage domains. Promote innovation, IP development, and expertise in Agile, DevOps, and test automation frameworks. 7. Business Development: Develop strategies for customer acquisition, market expansion, and business growth in the QA space. Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to propose QA solutions that align with business goals. Identify emerging trends and drive differentiated service offerings in testing, automation, compliance, and performance engineering. Key Qualifications & Skills: 20+ years of experience in QA Delivery Management with a strong product engineering background. Deep expertise in Quality Assurance (QA), Test Automation, Performance Testing, and Compliance Testing. Proven experience in Industrial Automation, Storage, and Medical Devices domains. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based testing environments. Experience in regulatory compliance testing for medical devices (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304). Ability to define and drive KPIs, ensuring customer success and operational excellence. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and global client-handling experience. Willingness to travel internationally (India, USA, Japan, Singapore) for client engagements. Preferred Skills: Experience in AI-driven testing, cloud-based QA strategies, and cybersecurity testing. Familiarity with modern test automation tools, frameworks, and scripting languages. Prior experience in business development and pre-sales support for QA services.
