QA Automation Tester - Senior

As a QA Automation Tester at Dectree Infotech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality software delivery through automation testing. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing automated test cases for web, mobile, and API applications. - Writing, maintaining, and updating automation test scripts based on project requirements. - Debugging failed scripts, identifying root causes, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. - Performing regression testing and participating in CI/CD pipeline executions. - Preparing detailed test execution reports and ensuring alignment with business requirements. - Collaborating with manual testers and developers to validate fixes and enhancements. - Maintaining test environments for smooth execution cycles. Key requirements for this role include: - Strong hands-on experience with Playwright. - Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Knowledge of test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, or Jest. - Experience in API testing & automation (Postman, Rest Assured, or similar). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps). - Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. - Strong debugging skills with an execution-oriented mindset. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related technical field. - QA/Automation certification (preferred but not mandatory). Dectree Infotech Pvt.
