QA Automation+ ETL

Job Title:

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad - Onsite

Contract: 12+ months

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) testing to join our QA team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for validating data pipelines and ETL processes. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and developers to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance across data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated test scripts for ETL workflows and data validation.
• Perform data quality checks and verification across multiple data sources and targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of test processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automation testing with a focus on ETL/data warehouse projects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Python, Java, or similar).
• Good experience with java.
• Familiarity with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar.
• Understanding of data modeling and data integration concepts
