QA Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding and performing various components functional testing, system testing, and integration testing. This includes analyzing requirements, suggesting solutions, automating functional testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java, creating and executing test cases, and identifying, reporting, and tracking defects. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining/creating requirement traceability matrix, identifying use case scenarios, and demonstrating good simulation skills and out-of-the-box thinking. Collaboration as a team player is essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and perform functional testing, system testing, and integration testing - Analyze requirements and suggest solutions - Automate functional testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java - Create and execute Functional, System, Integration, Non-functional Test Cases - Experience in desktop, web, and mobile application testing - Perform black box testing - Identify, report, and track defects - Maintain/create requirement traceability matrix - Identify use case scenarios for the application - Demonstrate good simulation skills and out-of-the-box thinking - Collaborate effectively as a team player Qualifications Required: - Sound experience in manual testing - Hands-on experience in developing automation framework using Java, Selenium WebDriver - Ability to implement automation from scratch for new projects - Test Driven and Behaviour Driven Automation Framework Development - Experience in framework creation/improvement for automation testing - Knowledge in CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins) and RDBMS, SQL queries - Experience in Azure, JIRA, TFS - Developing Web Based Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Traceability Matrix - Previous experience in agile development - Sociable, autonomous, and cooperative - Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and improve skills Please note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.,
