Job Description: Must have Skills: QA Automation, TOSCA, What will you need to have: 3 or more years of relevant work experience in Contact center technologies/Omni Voice/Self service applications. 3 or more years of work experience in IVR that includes(Inbound/Outbound) and IVR automation projects Experience in Empirix Hammer/CYARA and TOSCA (AS1/AS2 certified). Experience with reusable component development. Experience with developing software test plans. Experience with managing defects lifecycle using standard tools. Experience with Agile and CI/CD pipeline. Experience with DevOps Tool chain (Jenkins, qTest, JIRA, GitLab, Harness, Nexus) Experience with automation tools and frameworks. Experience with developing software test plans. What is good to have: Knowledge of SDLC practices and methodologies Agile, SWIFT Agile. Knowledge on flow-based automation. Knowledge on Database. Ability to write SQLs and Procedures for testing needs.
