Position : QA - Adhesives Company : Astral Adhesives Limited Location : Dahej, Gujarat Experience : 0-3 Years (Freshers from B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry are welcome) About the Role: Astral Adhesives is hiring a Quality Analyst for its Dahej plant to support the analysis and control of product quality in the adhesives manufacturing process. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about working in a laboratory/plant environment and ensuring quality compliance of raw materials, in-process batches, and final products. Key Responsibilities: Quality Analysis & Testing: Perform routine testing of adhesives including viscosity, bond strength, pH, solid content, and other specifications. Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and final products as per standard procedures and specifications. Record and interpret lab results to ensure batch quality compliance. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain testing records, COAs, quality logs, and lab reports as per QA/QC protocols. Ensure proper documentation of deviations, rejections, and corrective actions. Process Control & Coordination: Coordinate with production and R&D teams to provide real-time quality feedback. Assist in root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to company SOPs, safety norms, and industry-standard lab practices. Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
