About the Role

Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend architecture.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, QA, and Product teams.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure best practices.
• Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain documentation related to development processes, APIs, and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  5 years of hands-on experience

  with Python and Django.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, database systems (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and ORM concepts.
• Experience in

  team handling or technical leadership roles

  .
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving ability, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React/Angular) is a plus.
