Python/Django Developer

We are looking for a passionate Python/Django developer to join our growing team and help us build, enhance, and scale our AI-powered RMM platform.

Role Overview: As a Python/Django Developer, you will play a key role in developing backend systems that power our AI-driven RMM solutions. You'll collaborate closely with data scientists, frontend developers, and product managers to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure software that meets the evolving needs of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning features into the platform.
• Optimize application performance and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Python, Django, and AI technologies relevant to RMM.
• Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge sharing. Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong experience with Django or Django REST Framework. Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus. Experience with RESTful API design and integration. Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker is a plus.
• Experience working with AI or machine learning systems is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
