Python Team-Lead

You will be responsible for taking ownership of entire projects from the requirement stage to final delivery, leading and mentoring a small-sized team, and understanding client specifications to create technical architecture documentation. Your role will involve maintaining a strong focus on quality through code reviews and development best practices, planning the technical scope of projects, and engaging with customers to plan sprints and deliveries. You will also participate in client conversations, estimate efforts, identify risks, and provide technical support as needed. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in software architecture, system design, and development, with extensive expertise in advanced Python programming language and microservices. You should be passionate about learning new technologies, domains, and frameworks, and have a good understanding of JavaScript technologies. Strong fundamentals in Object-Oriented Design and Data Structures are essential, along with experience in direct customer interactions, creating RESTful Web services, and working in an agile software development process. Additionally, you should have programming and leadership experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and AZURE, prior experience in mentoring a team, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in B.E, B.Tech, MCA, or Diploma in Computer/IT.
