Job Description : The candidate will be part of Global team in charge of the design-development of POS application for retail industry for a complex application. You will be part of a global team, contributing to software development for a market leader for retail solutions Activities: Candidate will participate in following activities: Involved into components design and development Participate in design activities for low level architecture. Software development of new functions and unit testing for the same. Customer handling on technical issues, reviews and support. Skill: Mandatory Technical Skills: Expert level programming with Python, Pyspark, REST API Good understanding of Processing bigdata using Dataframes, SQL queries and related concepts. Good knowledge of RDBMS Concepts, SQL query optimization, Indexing and related concepts and technologies. Good at Data structures and should be able to right optimized performant code. Hands-on development experience with Micro services Hands on experience on Docker, Kubernetes, Swagger Experience in AWS Cloud services like EC2, S3, Lambda Code review and design review skills Nice to have technical skills: Domain knowledge of Retail industry. Databricks and streaming concepts. Soft Skills: Effective global communication. Effective team player. Very high ownership of deliverables in terms of schedule and quality.
