Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create and maintain Pega workflows, user interfaces, and integrations with other systems.
Perform unit testing and support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Pega applications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Pega development, including Pega PRPC, Pega BPM, and Pega Case Management.
Proficiency in Pega tools such as Pega Designer Studio, Pega Express, and Pega Decisioning.
Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or higher certification is preferred.
3+ years of experience in Pega development.
