Python + Robot Framework + Infotainment

Role Overview: You will be working at Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, collaborating with a team of engineers, scientists, and architects to support innovative companies in various industries. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in the Automotive Infotainment domain, Python scripting, robot framework, testing methodologies, and tools like GitLab and JIRA to provide unique R&D and engineering services. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Automotive Infotainment domain and creating test scripts using Python for Infotainment use cases - Proficiency in robot framework and strong understanding of OOPs concepts - Knowledge of testing methodologies, Python, and tools like GitLab, JIRA, etc. - Automation of scripts using appium and familiarity with Agile processes - Expertise in JIRA and Bug management tools, integrating them with automation - Creation and maintenance of test data for automation testing - Designing test and defect reporting formats, managing the team - Setting up test benches and associated debug systems - Expert programming skills in Python and Pytest - Understanding Infotainment System Architecture, Design Principles - Experience in Media player, Bluetooth, IAP, Android auto, Device manager, Remote UI - Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics (UDS, DoIP) and CAN Protocol - Experience in Pytest and test automation using CI/CD is a plus Qualification Required: - Experience in robot framework and Python in the Infotainment domain - Proficient in Software Engineering, including development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications - Ability to analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods - Supervisory skills to lead and guide other software engineers - Collaboration and teamwork with other software engineers and stakeholders Additional Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members in over 50 countries.
