Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Python QA Lead with a strong background in automation testing to drive our quality assurance strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the QA team, setting up testing frameworks, ensuring automation coverage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Lead the QA team and define best practices for automation testing. Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Python. Play a key role in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring smooth execution. Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts for web applications. Work closely with development and product teams to implement robust test coverage. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior QA engineers. Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage. Identify and drive improvements in test automation, tools, and processes. Required Skills: Strong expertise in Playwright and the ability to develop scalable automation frameworks. Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for test script development and maintenance. Extensive experience with Python , particularly in test automation. Solid understanding of API automation testing and integration with test frameworks. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to mentor and guide QA engineers in automation best practices. Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
