JOB Description Proficiency with AWS and cloud testing environments Experience with performance testing and infrastructure validation tools Knowledge of test management tools, defect tracking systems, and modern testing environments Solid understanding of test design patterns, test architectures, and quality assurance methodologies Experience in test automation using Python, with expertise in testing frameworks and best practices Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems for cross-platform testing Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean) Understanding of Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their testing challenges Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git Good communication skills, able to document issues and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Knowledge of database testing, SQL queries, and data validation techniques Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience Experience Required: Approximately 4 years of software testing experience Your Role And Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Generative AI applications Review and validate technical requirements to ensure testability Design and implement test data strategies for AI model training and validation Create and execute performance testing scenarios for AI applications Lead quality assurance practices and mentor junior team members Develop and maintain test metrics and quality dashboards Collaborate with development teams to improve product quality Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing perspective Create detailed test documentation and quality reports Work effectively with geographically dispersed teams Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
