Qualifications: 4+ years experience B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, M.SC. or equivalent Telecom & Monitoring domain knowledge (Preferred) Technical Skills: Technologies knowledge required: Python, PHP & Perl Proficient in Data Structures, OOPs concepts, data types and algorithms(lists, dictionaries, sets, tuples, sorting, searching, etc) Good understanding & hands-on experience of Python, Perl & PHP programming language Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules Knowledge of JWT, UI/UX trends, 12 factor compliance are a must. Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks like Zend, etc Expertise in core python topics such as, File and Exception Handling, Generators, and Iterators Good grasp of web framework such as Django. Database knowledge with writing queries, joins, procedures, etc Hands on experience with python testing frameworks such as pytest and unittest Hands on experience with python testing frameworks such as Jasmine & Karma Unix Shell scripting DevOps supporting tools experience – Git, K8, Docker, YAML, etc. Agile & Scrum knowledge Monitoring of application operation Monitoring of application operation, knowledge of protocols like SNMP, Netflow, etc. Key Responsibilities: As part of application team, you will provide level 3 & level 2 support for users on a daily basis, and you will have a privileged role with the IT teams (level 4), ensuring certain operating tasks on IT solutions. Be on-call and on rotation and provide support outside of regular business hours when necessary. Prioritize and manage workload & issues effectively, ensuring critical issues are addressed promptly. Analyze complex technical problems, troubleshoot root causes, and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and project managers, to escalate and resolve issues efficiently. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable and documented code and tests. Troubleshoot and debug software problems.
