Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Demand Role Specialist with 5 to 12 years of experience in Python and GenAI Basics to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and implementing AI solutions using Azure AI. Experience in Wealth Management Operations Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI solutions using Python and Azure AI to enhance business processes and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration in existing systems.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI models and solutions deployed in production environments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends and technologies to continuously improve solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
Document AI processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
Conduct testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Optimize AI algorithms for performance and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor AI solutions accordingly.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI solution deployment. Qualifications
Possess strong proficiency in Python 2.x and Python for AI development.
Demonstrate experience with GenAI Basics and Azure AI platforms.
Have a background in Wealth Management Operations Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management is advantageous.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Display strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
