Python Full Stack Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, high-quality training sessions on Python, Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Guide students in building real-world full-stack applications through hands-on practice and project-based learning.
• Teach and demonstrate REST API development, authentication, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Support learners in understanding Git and version control workflows, ensuring they follow industry-standard practices.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and project reviews.
• Provide mentorship, doubt-clearing sessions, and career-oriented guidance to help students improve their technical and soft skills.
• Collaborate with the academic team to update and enhance the curriculum based on the latest industry trends.
• Ensure classroom management, maintain training quality, and promote a positive learning environment.
• Participate in training-related activities such as workshops, bootcamps, and hackathons conducted by Offenso Tech School.

Key Requirements

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in Python full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication systems, cloud deployment, and related technologies.
• Good understanding of Git, version control practices, and software testing tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
