Python Full Stack Trainer cum Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Student Mentorship & Guidance

• Act as the primary mentor for students pursuing Python-based Full Stack Development.
• Guide students in Python backend frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and frontend technologies (React/Angular/HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Assist students with problem-solving, debugging, and building scalable applications.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track student performance, assignments, and project submissions.
• Maintain progress dashboards and share structured feedback.
• Ensure students complete learning milestones within deadlines.

Project Coordination

• Assign and oversee real-world projects (web apps, APIs, dashboards, etc.).
• Train students in Git/GitHub, database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB), and deployment (AWS/Heroku/Docker).
• Ensure best practices in clean code, testing, and Agile methodology.

Curriculum & Syllabus Management

• Break down the Python Full Stack curriculum into structured weekly goals.
• Monitor syllabus coverage and enforce accountability.
• Collaborate with trainers for advanced/industry sessions.

Project Management Tools

• Manage student projects using Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
• Introduce students to Agile boards, sprints, and task tracking.
• Document project workflows and ensure deadline compliance.

Discipline & Accountability

• Ensure student attendance, timely submissions, and professional discipline.
• Motivate students to adopt an industry-ready mindset.
• Handle escalations for non-performing students.

Requirements

• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• Experience:
• 2–5 years in Full Stack Development with Python backend.
• Experience in mentoring/training/project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).

Technical Skills:

• Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI, REST APIs.
• React.js / Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (frontend).
• Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB.
• Version control: Git/GitHub.
• Deployment & cloud basics (AWS/Heroku/Docker).

Soft Skills:

• Strong mentoring & leadership qualities.
• Good communication & organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple student groups/projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
