Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer who can contribute to both backend and frontend development using Python and React. You will work on building scalable APIs, dashboards, site monitoring modules, real-time updates, and AI-enabled features.

You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, mobile app developers, QA engineers, and the product team to deliver a world-class solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask).
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and modern frontend standards.
• Develop robust REST APIs and integrate them with mobile apps and the web portal.
• Implement real-time features (WebSockets, Socket.IO, live dashboards, alert systems).
• Work on role-based access control, attendance modules, shift management, site supervision tools, and incident reporting.
• Contribute to AI-driven features.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Integrate with external APIs, third-party systems, and cloud services.
• Collaborate in Agile sprints, participate in code reviews, and follow best coding practices.
• Work closely with mobile app teams for API integration and feature alignment.
• Deploy and maintain services on cloud platforms (AWS / DigitalOcean / GCP).

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in Python with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux/Context API.
• Excellent understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and backend architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with WebSockets or real-time communication systems.
• Experience integrating backend systems with mobile apps (Android/iOS).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (basic understanding is sufficient; advanced knowledge is an advantage).
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and container-based deployment.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of React Native for mobile collaboration.
• Experience in security, guard management, or workforce management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud services.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
