We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Python Developer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable ML models and data pipelines. Your contributions will directly impact our AI-driven products and services, helping us build smarter and more efficient solutions.

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Python applications with a focus on AI/ML.
• Design and implement ML models, algorithms, and data pipelines from prototype to production.
• Work with large datasets: perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Integrate ML models into cloud environments or applications (e.g., REST APIs, microservices).
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Optimize model performance and evaluate metrics for accuracy, precision, recall, etc.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices.
  

• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with model training, evaluation, and deployment in production.
• Strong background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and EDA.
• Experience working with REST APIs, Flask/Django, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and experiment tracking tools (e.g., MLflow, DVC).
• Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision frameworks.
• Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
