This is a hybrid role requiring in-person collaboration 3 days a week. We are looking for professionals with 5–10 years of experience who can join immediately or are currently serving notice.Experience: 5-10 YearsLocation:MumbaiMode of Work: HybridKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) and Java (Spring Boot)Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectureWork on data pipelines and automation workflows ( PyKit or similar libraries a plus)Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design, integration, and deploymentEnsure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applicationsWrite clean, modular, and well-documented codeProactively identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutionsWork in an agile environment and handle multiple tasks efficientlyRequired Skills and Qualification:Strong expertise in Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI)Hands-on experience with Java / Spring Boot / MicroservicesExperience in REST API design and integrationStrong understanding of OOPs, Data Structures, and AlgorithmsKnowledge of SQL / NoSQL databasesExperience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask effectivelyExcellent communication and ownership attitudeGood to Have Skills:Experience in PyKit , Data Engineering, or ETL pipelinesExposure to Automation / ScriptingFamiliarity with Pandas, NumPy, or data-driven applications
