Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Python Django Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have experience building web applications using the Django framework and a strong understanding of Python. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling web applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Django and Python.Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration.Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Implement security and data protection solutions.Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Maintain clear documentation and adhere to best coding practices. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.1+ years of experience in Python and Django/ERPNext (Frappe) development.Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue is a plus).Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Experience with Celery, Redis, or similar task queues.
