Senior AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

  .
• Build and maintain

  ML pipelines

  for model training, validation, and deployment in real-time environments.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to ensure

  data quality, consistency, and availability

  .
• Optimize model performance for scalability, latency, and accuracy in production systems.
• Implement model monitoring, versioning, and retraining strategies to ensure ongoing performance.
• Integrate models with

  streaming data systems

  such as

  Apache Kafka

  and other real-time tools.

Must Have Skills

• 7+ years

  of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Hands-on expertise in

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  and ML workflow orchestration.
• Experience building

  real-time data-driven solutions

  using tools like

  Kafka

  .
• Proven experience in

  productionizing, optimizing, and monitoring

  ML models.
• Ability to work collaboratively with data engineering and DevOps teams.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of

  MinIO, S3, or other object storage systems

  .
• Experience with

  AWS SageMaker

  or other

  cloud-based AI/ML platforms

  (e.g., Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
