About the Role

Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, data engineers, and product teams.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Python development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and core programming concepts.
  • Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
  • Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with Git, Linux, and version control workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to asynchronous programming and message queues.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
