About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect to drive the design development and delivery of scalable secure and highperforming systems. This role requires strong expertise in modern technologies secure coding practices compliance frameworks and the ability to establish and enforce technical standards across teams. The ideal candidate will be handson able to independently run complex initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Design

• Design endtoend architecture for enterprisegrade applications using ReactAngular frontend Python backend and PostgreSQL database
• Create architecture blueprints technical specifications and system design documents
• Ensure systems are modular scalable and optimized for performance
• Apply cloudnative design principles leveraging AWS Azure GCP services where applicable

• Compliance Security

• Integrate security measures throughout the SDLC to prevent vulnerabilities eg OWASP Top 10 SQL injection XSS CSRF authenticationauthorization gaps
• Define secure coding guidelines and ensure strict adherence across the development lifecycle
• Work with DevSecOps practices to integrate automated security testing tools into CICD pipelines

Code Quality Standards

• Perform detailed code reviews for ReactAngular Python and SQL codebases
• Identify risks antipatterns and performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations
• Establish and maintain coding guidelines naming conventions and design patterns
• Advocate for testdriven development TDD unit testing and automated testing frameworks
• Drive adoption of clean code principles SOLID DRY KISS

Leadership Enablement

• Act as a handson technical leader and mentor for engineering teams
• Conduct knowledgesharing sessions and workshops on architecture secure coding coding best practice set up standards and compliance
• Independently manage solution discussions technical reviews and decisionmaking with stakeholders
• Influence the technical roadmap and ensure architectural consistency across projects

Qualifications

• Frontend: Strong expertise in React or Angular with knowledge of component design state management and UI performance optimization
• Backend: Proficiency in Python DjangoFlaskFastAPI preferred for building REST APIs microservices and backend logic
• Database: Expertise in SQLPostgreSQL including schema design indexing query optimization and handling large datasets
• Security:
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices
• Ability to identify and prevent vulnerabilities such as SQL injection XSS CSRF broken authentication and insecure deserialization
• Handson experience with static and dynamic code analysis tools
• DevOpsCICD: Experience with containerization Docker Kubernetes CICD pipelines and integration of automated testing security scans
• Cloud Platforms: Practical knowledge of AWS Azure or GCP services for scalable deployment and monitoring

Preferred Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software engineering
• Strong understanding of design patterns microservices architecture and eventdriven systems
• Knowledge of API security OAuth2 JWT API gateways and data encryption practices
• Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and message queues Kafka RabbitMQ etc
• Excellent problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills
