Role Overview

We’re hiring a Python Developer with 3+ years of experience to drive internal tech initiatives. You’ll work on impactful projects, solve real business challenges, and grow alongside a forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python, Django, and Flask.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize database interactions using ORM techniques.
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.
• Work independently and proactively learn new technologies as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years as a Python Developer.
• Strong expertise in Django and Flask.
• Solid grasp of ORM and relational databases.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Self-driven with a knack for learning new tools.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and quick to learn.
• Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Git workflows.
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices.
