Python Developer Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Python-based applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate user requirements into functional code. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and libraries into existing applications. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot/debug issues as they arise. Design and implement data storage solutions (SQL and NoSQL databases). Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to development best practices and coding standards. Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Stay updated on the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and industry trends. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Python Developer (5+ years preferred). Strong proficiency in Python and experience with at least one Python web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI). Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and third-party API integration. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with testing frameworks like Pytest or Unittest. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a bonus.
