Role Overview:

Lead Python Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Python backend developers, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
Backend Engineering:
Architect, design, and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
System Optimization:
Ensure performance tuning, optimization, and deployment in Linux environments.
Cloud-Native Deployment:
Manage containerized deployments using
Kubernetes (K8s)
for application scaling, resilience, and monitoring.
Collaboration:
Work closely with DevOps and Cloud teams to ensure
high availability, CI/CD automation, and security compliance

Best Practices:
Drive coding standards, architecture reviews, and secure development practices across the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

Python Expertise:
Deep hands-on experience with Python and frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
Linux Proficiency:
Strong experience in Linux server administration and performance optimization.
Kubernetes Mastery:
Solid knowledge of Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting clusters).
DevOps Mindset:
Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
Leadership:
Proven track record of
leading teams
