Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Python Developer Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and developing scalable applications, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness. You will play a key role in architecture design, code reviews, mentoring team members, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Python developers in building robust, scalable, and high-performing backend systems.
• Design, implement, and manage core backend services using Python frameworks (such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Participate in architecture and design decisions for new features and applications.
• Conduct regular code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in Python development.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Python development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
