Job Description

Role & responsibilities Work Experience Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (such as Django, Flask, etc depending on your technology stack) Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Good understanding of server-side templating languages (such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc depending on your technology stack) Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes Strong unit test and debugging skills Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, Mercurial or SVN) Experience in REST/API calls integration Certifications Any bachelors degree Domain Knowledge Telecom Concepts across OSS, BSS is an added advantage. Knowledge on Incident Management Process Knowledge of Telecom Products Key Competencies Good Oral & written Communications Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good decision-making and leadership capabilities Adaptability Able to tolerate stress Areas of Responsibility You will be responsible for analyzing, understanding the business flow of tickets, develop automation Script using Python, debug the code, find root cause of issue and fix the issue. Learn all the business flows of different account types quickly and work on tickets to fix it on time independently. Teach, implement, and adhere to the code quality Standards. Adhere to SDLC process and should follow standard code development process. Maintain HLD, LLD, Code review, etc. frequently. Remove internal impediments and escalate impediments outside of the team's control via onsite CDM and other regular meetings. Provide expertise in incidents to customer to avoid issue in future. Work with the team and ensure all the backlogs are cleared before EOD. Track and communicate team velocity and progress towards tickets bin. Proactively work on tickets to find the root cause and fix it. Help the teams to articulate and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across teams. Facilitate team regular health checks.
