Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust Python-based applications.
Oversee engineering processes and ensure adherence to coding and architectural best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.
Develop and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases along with data pipelines in AWS environments.
Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, Snowflake, and others to enhance application performance.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for improved performance and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending system enhancements.
Desired Skills and Experience:
6–8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
Proficient in Python application development with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Solid experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially Lambda and Snowflake.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Playwright for automated testing).
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and creative mindset.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
