Job Description

Core responsibilities

Coding: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for back-end components, APIs, and automation scripts.
Development: Design and build new applications, including web applications and data processing tools.
Maintenance: Debug, test, and enhance existing software to improve functionality and performance.
Integration: Connect applications with third-party web services and integrate user-facing elements from front-end developers.
Optimization: Optimize applications for security, scalability, and performance.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, project managers, data analysts) to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Common skills and tools

Programming Language: Strong command of Python and its libraries.
Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like Django or Flask.
Databases: Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
APIs: Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Cloud and DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and DevOps tools (e.g., Docker).
Other Tools: Experience with tools like Pandas or TensorFlow for data-related projects.
