About the Role:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Backend Developer to join our growing tech team. You’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. You will be working on robust backend systems, APIs, and authentication flows using modern Python frameworks. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain backend systems using Python, Django, and FlaskDesign and implement scalable REST APIs and microservicesIntegrate front-end elements with server-side logicOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityImplement secure authentication and authorization systemsDeploy applications using Gunicorn.Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholdersWrite clean, well-documented, and testable code Requirements:2+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development (2 years preferred)Proficiency with Python and core librariesStrong experience with Django and/or Flask frameworksFamiliarity with Gunicorn or similar deployment setupsGood understanding of RESTful APIs, request handling, and API versioningExperience with authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth2)Strong debugging and performance tuning skillsFamiliarity with databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite, Firebase Firestore)Knowledge of Git and version control workflows Bonus Skills (Good to Have):Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of asynchronous frameworks like FastAPI or TornadoFamiliarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Why Join Kolab?Work at the intersection of tech, culture, and creativityBe part of a founding team shaping the core productFlexible remote culture and high ownership Ready to Build the Future of Brand × Creator Collabs?
