Typical work week look like:- Architect and develop highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend services and APIs using Python. Dive deep into data structures and algorithms to design elegant solutions for complex challenges. Work with databases like MongoDB and caching systems like Redis to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and low latency for millions of users. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful features. Conduct code reviews, improve system architecture, and contribute to the technical roadmap for our platform. Our ideal candidate should have:- 3+ years of relevant experience in a Tech Startup A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BE/BTech or MS in Information Technologies/Computer Science) from an IIT or Tier 1 NIT. Strong proficiency with Python and knowledge of frameworks. Strong hands on Databases. Hands-on on code versioning tools, such as Git, Redis, AWS, Sockets.
