Python Developer

You will be a part of an Agile SQUAD/team with a prioritized backlog, working under the leadership and technical supervision of the squad leader and technical architects. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, implementing for testability, and maintaining scalable Python solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs using Python following industry best practices. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide support to other software developers and engineers and actively participate in code reviews. Additionally, you will offer cross-functional assistance to colleagues on software-related issues. It is essential for you to build a strong understanding of the technology stack, the Software Development methodology, and specific processes defined within the organization. Managing your own work while adhering to best practices and team-defined processes is crucial. You will contribute to the entire implementation process by driving improvements based on business needs and architectural enhancements. Collaborating closely with the Product team, Project Managers, Architects, and technical leads, you will translate business requirements into technical designs. Furthermore, you will work in conjunction with DevOps and Operations teams to deploy solutions and ensure contractual obligations and service levels are met. Your role will also involve assisting in the hiring and development of technical talent.
