Python Developer (Flask) – Hybrid

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Python Developer with strong experience in Flask to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. This is a hybrid position, requiring regular collaboration at our Coimbatore office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Flask.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong proficiency with the Flask framework.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (SQLAlchemy preferred).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end integration.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of software development best practices (Agile/Scrum).
