Job Description

Python Developer

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend services using Python
Work with RESTful APIs, data pipelines, and background job queues
Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions
Write clean, modular, and scalable code with proper documentation and unit tests
Optimize performance and ensure security, reliability, and fault tolerance
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices

What You Should Have

2–5 years of experience in backend development using Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI)
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Redis)
Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and background job processing
Comfortable with Git, CI/CD tools, and containerization (Docker)
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
