What You Will Work On

Multi-Agent AI Platform

Core Responsibilities

• Develop Python microservices for

  LLM-driven agents

  , tools, and workflows
• Build and optimize

  RAG pipelines

  (Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Integrate with

  OpenAI, IBM Granite, Claude, Llama

  , and enterprise LLMs
• Implement

  autonomous agentic workflows

  (CrewAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Integrate with ERP/CRM/Accounting platforms:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Preferred)

• SAP, Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, Salesforce, Zoho CRM
• Build REST APIs using FastAPI and async Python
• Work with OCR/Document AI components (Docling, Azure Vision, GCP Document AI)
• Collaborate with product team for features and workflows

QA / Testing Responsibilities

(Python Developers will also take ownership of QA for their modules)

• Write unit tests, integration tests, and API tests
• Validate LLM outputs, agent behaviours, and workflow accuracy
• Test RAG pipelines for relevance, ranking, and retrieval quality
• Test ML/AI components and ensure consistency of results
• Maintain test automation scripts (PyTest, Postman, etc.)
• Perform basic load testing, latency checks, and performance profiling
• Ensure high-quality releases with developer-led QA

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  Python

• Understanding of

  LLMs

  , embeddings, vector search, and RAG
• Hands-on or project experience with:
• FastAPI / Flask/Django
• PostgreSQL / Redis
• Vector DBs (Milvus, Chroma, Pinecone, etc.)
• REST API development
• Strong debugging and logical problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of version control (Git)
• Willingness to learn multi-agent systems and enterprise integrations

Strong Freshers Can Apply If They Have:

• Strong Python fundamentals
• Mini-projects in AI/ML or LLMs
• GitHub portfolio or college projects
• Good logical thinking & fast learning ability
• Interest in building real-world AI products

Good to Have

• Experience with agentic frameworks: CrewAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex
• Basic ML knowledge (sklearn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Understanding of ERP/CRM integrations
• Knowledge of OCR/ICR systems
• Docker exposure
